Nail Salon is Hiring a Salon Receptionist Near Thousand Oaks, CA
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact by greeting, checking-in and hosting guests as they arrive
- Answering the phone and fielding questions; booking and confirming appointments utilizing the salon software; maintain up-to-date information in client files
- Exceptional time management skills, exhibiting sound judgment and the ability to prioritize
Qualifications
- Amazing with customer service
- Extremely organized
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
- Solid organization and record-keeping skills
- An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
- Bubbly and happy personality in person and portrayed via phone or text

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends

- Thousand Oaks, CA 91362: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
